- The school will charge fees on a quarterly basis in advance.
- Any excess amount paid towards fees will not be refunded under any circumstances but will be adjusted in the following quarter.
- Parents are requested to inform the school promptly regarding any promotions or upgrades. Failure to do so may result in retrospective fees being charged based on the school's fee category, once the school authorities become aware of the situation.
- Students are required to pay the full fees as long as their names are on the school record. Absence or breaks in attendance will not be considered, and there will be no reduction in fees.
- All outstanding dues must be cleared before a Transfer Certificate is issued.
- The fees for each quarter should be paid on or before the following dates: 10th April, 10th July, 10th October, 10th January.
- If payment of fees and other dues is not made within 30 days after the last payment date of that respective quarter, the student's name will be struck out from the school records.
- Transfer Cases: In the case of mid-session transfers from any recognized school, tuition and monthly fees will be charged only from the month in which the student is admitted to the school, not from 01 April. If a Transfer Certificate is not available, fees will be payable from 01 April.
- Refund of Fees: If a student is issued a Transfer Certificate, monthly charges (including tuition fees) will be refunded if the student has paid fees in advance and has not attended classes even for a single day for the month(s) for which a refund is requested. However, annual charges (excluding development fee) will not be refunded. The development fee for the remaining quarters of the year will be refunded.
- If fees is not paid by the due date, late fee will be charged @ Rs 20/-per day (including holidays) for ten days after the last date of payment. Thereafter R 50/-per day (including holidays) for next twenty days till the action to strike-off name is initiated. In case of non- payment of fee within 30 days after the last date of payment name of the student will be struck off from the roll of the strength. In case of readmission of struck off case, all charges as specified for fresh admission are to be levied.

Striking-off Name from School Rolls. The name of a student will be struck off from the school rolls for any of the following:-
- Non-payment of fees and other dues within 30 days after the last date of payment.
